The Opportunity

We're looking for a strategic and people-focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead our regional marketing efforts across Stockland's retail portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape marketing strategy, drive customer engagement, and build a high-performing team culture. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver innovative campaigns that support commercial outcomes and elevate the customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Strategic Marketing Initiatives

    Develop and execute marketing strategies across clusters and centres, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Deliver Impactful Campaigns

    Oversee regional and local campaigns, media planning, and PR activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Harness Data & Insights

    Use customer insights and analytics to inform strategy, optimise performance, and improve ROI.
  • Manage Budgets & Commercial Outcomes

    Control marketing budgets with a focus on delivering results aligned to income targets.
  • Build & Inspire Teams

    Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Engage Stakeholders

    Strengthen relationships across internal teams and external partners to support integrated marketing efforts.
  • Champion Community Connection

    Drive local engagement through events, sponsorships, and initiatives that build community trust and brand affinity.
  • Innovate & Transform

    Lead digital transformation and innovation across marketing practices to future-proof capabilities.
