As we continue to expand into key international markets, we're seeking an International Account Executive to play a pivotal support role in driving sales growth across Canada, the UK/EU, Global Travel Retail, and beyond.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, commercially minded professional who loves bringing people and ideas together to deliver results.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager – International, you'll support our Market Managers and Global Travel Retail team to achieve sales and new business targets in multiple international markets.

From coordinating customer presentations and tracking forecasts to collaborating with marketing, finance, production, and export teams — you'll be at the centre of our international business operations.

This Sydney-based role doesn't require international travel, but you'll occasionally join early morning or evening calls to connect with our global partners. Some domestic travel may be required.

What You'll Do

  • Support Market Managers to manage day-to-day relationships with key international customers and importers.
  • Coordinate sell-in and ranging submissions — pulling together data, marketing insights, and promotional plans.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure international stock allocations, marketing materials, and timelines are met.
  • Assist in Global Travel Retail activities, from promotional coordination to tender submissions.
  • Contribute to business reviews, sales reporting, and financial performance discussions.

About You

You're a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You're analytical, solutions-focused, and known for your precision and follow-through.

You'll bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in international sales administration, export coordination, or account management (FMCG, wine, or premium goods preferred).
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data management skills.
  • A knack for building strong internal and external relationships.
  • An international mindset and ability to work across time zones and cultures.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
