NATIONAL BRAND MANAGER
A rare opportunity for an experienced National Brand Manager has opened within an Australian fashion wholesale market leader.
THE ROLE
Based in Alexandria, the National Brand Manager role is multifaceted, working across sales and inventory management to drive growth and brand development while cultivating new customer relationships.
This role is responsible for the sales development and management of sales agents across Australia and New Zealand for a highly sought after and well-established New Zealand contemporary coordinate collection, an iconic US denim line and a long-standing European import brand.
Working in a team, the successful candidate will be passionate, energetic and positive, with excellent communication and organisation skills and a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise their workload.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cultivate relationships with retailers to grow distribution in Australia & New Zealand in line with global brand direction and positioning
• Work closely with our stockists and our team to ensure adequate and optimal inventory levels.
• To develop strong, long-lasting relationships with wholesale customers through outstanding communication and customer service.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail
· At least 5 years relevant work experience
· Successful track record of working in the sales space for high-end international brands
· Proficient skills in MS Office suite software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously
· High level of emotional intelligence – especially in the context of dealing with customers and suppliers
· Availability to travel occasionally - potentially both domestically and internationally
· A valid Driver's License.
IT WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE TO HAVE
• Experience with Apparel 21 or equivalent ERP system
• Established relationships with international supplier dealings
