ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and organised
Marketing Coordinator
to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their marketing career who's ready to learn, grow, and make an impact. You'll work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to support campaigns, create marketing content, and help us stand out in the competitive exhibitions and events industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, including social media scheduling, website updates, and email marketing
  • Support the creation of sales and event collateral, proposals, signage, and branded materials
  • Help plan and execute marketing initiatives for exhibitions and activations, including stand setups and promotional materials
  • Work with external suppliers, designers, and printers to deliver high-quality marketing assets
  • Support the Marketing Manager with reporting, content planning, and lead generation campaigns
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years' experience in a marketing role (internships or freelance work also considered)
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and CMS tools (e.g. WordPress)
  • Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
