Underpinned by an ambitious growth strategy, Willowtree Planning is expanding its team of Senior Leaders and is seeking to appoint in the following capacities:

What We're Looking For
- REAP qualified or nearing 10 years' experience working on major projects.
- Demonstrated commercial understanding and ability in working in private practice
- Qualifications in town planning or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing a small, professional team
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to independently execute business development strategies.
- A well-established professional network within the broader industry.
- Proven ability to thrive managing complex planning projects and coordinating various sub-consultants.
- Demonstrated experience providing planning due diligence advice and approvals pathway strategies.
- Strong understanding of current NSW Planning legislation and recent reforms.
- Experience in preparing Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements, and Planning Proposals.
- Detailed knowledge of the State Significant Development process.
- Deep experience working alongside the Department of Planning, Housing & Infrastructure
- Ability to lead teams and drive successful outcomes for clients across sectors.
