Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Compliance & Administration Support Officer to join our friendly team in Brookvale on a temporary part time basis with the potential for extension.
This is a great opportunity to bring your strong administrative skills, eye for detail, and Microsoft Office knowledge into a supportive and professional environment.
About the RoleIn this role, you'll provide essential administrative and compliance support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business. Tasks include:
- Data entry, document preparation, and records management.
- Supporting compliance tasks including insurance, licensing, and certification requirements.
- Scheduling, correspondence, and assisting the Senior Manager with daily administration.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- General office duties including filing, scanning, and database updates.
- Previous experience in administration or office support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and able to travel to Brookvale (onsite role).
- Competitive hourly rate of $38 per hour.
