About the Role

Day to day duties will involve performing end-to-end freight forwarding operations and developing and maintaining relationships with our clients and service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration of sea and air freight jobs
  • Liaising with shipping and air lines, freight forwarders and clients regarding shipment details
  • Liaising with Custom Brokers regarding clearance and status
  • Interaction with overseas agents
  • Arranging and co-ordinate transport
  • Creating customer invoices
  • Providing customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Implement process improvements and work procedures to enhance operational efficiency
About You
  • Freight forwarding industry experience
  • Cargowise EDI experience is a MUST
  • Proficiency with the use of the Microsoft Office suite (or similar)
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
