"This role is to support the transition of the HHS's through the Heightened Support".

As a Senior System Analyst, you will work effectively as part of a dedicated team to ensure the successful and timely resolution of issues for the Health and Hospital Services (HHS) using Infor WFM as their rostering solution. You will create and manage workarounds where a system solution cannot be implemented in a timely manner.  Liaise with impacted stakeholders and take end to end ownership. Additionally, you will complete analysis of system issues with sufficient information to create a problem record which enables the development team to identifying root cause and solution.

Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)

  • Demonstrate a high level of analysis skills within complex integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, ideally in the area of functional and solution responsibility relating to rostering systems, such as Infor WFM or equivalent. SQL database analysis skills would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in a support role, providing a value added service, with an emphasis on building relationships, understanding and meeting customer's needs, understanding system impacts.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and maintaining system documentation and providing consultation with a diverse range of stakeholders on complex business requirements and transfer knowledge to team members and clients.
