Project Support Officers – Multiple

  • 12 months contract, 2x12 months extension options
  • Location – Open to ACT, QLD, VIC, WA
  • Australian Citizens with current NV1 or above Clearance

Infinite Consulting is seeking multiple talented Project Support Officers for our esteemed Federal Government Client. This is a 12 months initial contract with further extensions possible, based on funding and approval.

About the Role:

As Project Support Officers, you will assist in the operations of a Project/Program/Portfolio Office and the delivery of projects. You will hold an active NV1, NV2 or TSPV security clearances. 

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project, program and/or portfolio planning and performance processes in accordance with agreed procedures and performance standards.
  • Assist with preparations for project test, evaluation and acceptance programs.
  • Apply project management methodologies to administrative and technical activities.
  • Research, draft and prepare briefs, correspondence and reports including submissions for committee consideration.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders and understand their expectations and concerns.
  • Maintain project financial records under the direction of the Project Manager.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Support Officer.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, e.g. PRINCE2.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 and other software applications.

Submission Requirements:

Duration: July 2025 start 12 months contract

Clearance: Australian Citizens with current NV1 and above clearance
