Position InformationJordan Springs Public School was established in 2020. The school is located in Western Sydney, adjoining the city of Penrith. As a developing community, the school has established strong community involvement links that support a multicultural and inclusive ethos. With an anticipated student population in 2026 of 1,140, the school has sustained a steady enrolment trajectory. The current student composition includes 9.3% of students who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and 44% from a language background other than English. The school also operates three support classes for students with diagnosed disabilities and additional needs.

The classification and remuneration of our school principals is based on school complexity, as measured through each school's RAM allocation. As part of the ongoing application of the new structure a review of thresholds and outcomes will occur on an annual basis. The principal classification for this school is Principal Level P4 for 2025 and Principal Level P4 for 2026.
