About The Role
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Retrieve medical records for the Emergency Department and accurately file all loose documentation returned.
- Transport records via trolley to and from Outpatient Clinics at St Vincent's Hospital and Sacred Heart Centre.
- Provide coverage for night shift duties during periods of annual or sick leave, as needed.
- Provide support with general tasks across other sections of the department as needed.
About You
- Great communication skills with a professional and helpful approach.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Clerical or admin experience with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
- Confident computer skills – including keyboard use, word processing, and internet-based systems.
- Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality with a commitment to maintaining high standards.

In this role you will be based at St Vincent's hospital, Darlinghurst.
