Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify, target and develop new referrers in line with Right2Drive strategic and operational plans, in consultation with the National Sales Manager, AU & NZ.

2. Manage existing clients and build relationships to encourage ongoing partnerships.

3. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients.

4. Develop and utilise sales strategies specific to the territory, in consultation with the National Sales Manager, AU & NZ.

5. Report on competitor activity, referrer opportunities and barriers to the National Sales Manager, AU & NZ.

6. Inform and educate referrers on Right2Drive initiatives, procedures and points of difference.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. branch, operations, marketing) to deliver seamless client experiences.

8. Maintain and report on detailed client profile logs, sales reporting system, referrer details and sales activity.

9. Coordinate with National Sales Manager, AU & NZ, on new referrer activity, points of contact, specific needs and current sales activity.

10. Represent Right2Drive professionally at networking events and client meetings.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Attributes

1. 3+ years' experience in a relationship management or sales role, preferably B2B.

2. Further education in business or management desirable.

3. Proven success in growing accounts and achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

4. Strong sales and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long term relationships.

6. Customer focused with a solutions oriented mindset.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and relationship building skills.

8. Excellent conflict resolution skills.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Professional, trustworthy and highly organised.

11. Understanding of the repair industry and repair cycle.

12. Knowledge of the insurance industry and terminology.

13. Knowledge of motor vehicle hire industry.

14. Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.
