ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Ecommerce Manager is a pivotal role responsible for managing and enhancing the brand's digital presence across multiple markets. This role involves overseeing website brand projects, managing the blog, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, crafting compelling brand stories, educating customers about fabrics, amplifying brand marketing, and optimising user experience (UX) through expert use of graphics and copy. Additionally, this role includes managing the digital content and brand strategy for MESHKI's AU, UK, and US websites to ensure tailored experiences for each audience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Lead and manage all brand-related projects on the AU, UK, and US websites, ensuring they align with MESHKI's strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
  • Create and manage engaging, high-quality blog content that aligns with MESHKI's brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct regular reviews of digital content to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Craft compelling and authentic brand stories that resonate with MESHKI's target audience.
  • Enhance and amplify MESHKI's brand marketing efforts on the website through cohesive and impactful messaging.
  • Improve the website's user experience by ensuring intuitive design and engaging content.
  • Track and analyse the performance of each regional website, making adjustments to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product sell-through rates, website engagement, and conversion rates for the AU, UK, and US websites.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital brand management, content creation, and user experience optimisation, preferably within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
  • Premium eye for graphics.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Ability to write copy in brands TOV.
  • Exceptional understanding of the brand aesthetic and direction.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-region websites (AU, UK, US) and tailoring content to different markets.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and high-quality digital content.
  • Experience in developing and managing blogs, including content strategy and editorial processes.
  • Experience in conducting UX audits, usability testing, and implementing UX enhancements.
  • Ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital platforms.
