The Opportunity

Join a growing digital team driving online performance across premium outdoor and lifestyle brands Helly Hansen, Db Journey, Sweet Protection and Mammut across Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

We're looking for a hands-on eCommerce Specialist with a sharp eye for trading performance, an analytical mindset, and a proactive, can-do attitude. You'll thrive in a fast-moving environment where attention to detail, curiosity, and initiative are key.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day ecommerce trading and content across multiple Shopify Plus stores.
  • Handle catalogue management and overall merchandising.
  • Plan and implement onsite campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Ensure on-time execution and alignment with brand and commercial goals.
  • Optimise collections, navigation, and search with a focus on SEO best practices and customer experience.
  • Participate in weekly trade meetings to review performance, share insights, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Stores and Planning to align site content, stock levels, and creative with trading priorities.
  • Seek to always improve site health through regular audits of customer journeys, collection logic, and checkout flows.
  • Troubleshoot platform, data or potential customer issues.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven hands-on experience managing or supporting Shopify Plus stores in a multi-market or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, merchandising, and site optimisation.
  • Experience with Searchspring or equivalent merchandising/search tools.
  • Competence with Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas) for product and data management.
  • Comfortable with basic HTML & CSS for minor site changes.
  • Familiarity with GA4 for ecommerce and campaign performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for ecommerce sites.
  • Highly organised, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or other CRM/email marketing platforms is a bonus.
  • Experience working in ClickUp or and understanding of agency briefing and sprint planning will be helpful but not mandatory.
