About the Role

As a Trade Support Analyst, you'll sit at the centre of the trade lifecycle, making sure deals executed by traders are booked, confirmed, and settled without error. You'll work closely with front office traders, operations, technology, and external brokers/custodians, resolving breaks quickly and keeping markets moving.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives, while developing both technical and market expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and book daily trades, ensuring accuracy across internal systems.
  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks, mismatches, and exceptions under tight deadlines.
  • Support settlements teams to minimise failed trades and operational risk.
  • Liaise with traders, brokers, custodians, and internal teams to ensure smooth trade execution.
  • Provide reporting and insights on trade activity and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy and speed.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years' experience in middle office, trade support, or operations at a bank, broker, or wealth manager.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and settlement processes (equities, fixed income, FX, or derivatives).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to solving problems.
