This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration and delivering standout work. You'll work closely with the agency director, oversee junior support, and drive outcomes that resonate with refined audiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of strategic PR and content campaigns across key clients in the architecture, interiors and lifestyle sectors.

  • Act as day-to-day lead for client accounts, managing deadlines, meetings, WIPs, reporting and campaign performance.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and other industry stakeholders to drive media coverage and overall brand storytelling.

  • Craft engaging media releases, feature pitches, digital content and talking points tailored to high-end design and lifestyle audiences.

  • Oversee junior team members on project delivery, helping to mentor and guide their development.

  • Stay across media trends, editorial calendars, and digital opportunities to proactively identify angles and story leads.

  • Liaise with the agency director to report on client performance and contribute to agency growth.

  • Work with the team to create memorable client events.

What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 4+ years' experience in public relations, ideally within an agency and working with premium or design-focused brands.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead client accounts with confidence and independence.

  • Strong writing skills and proven media pitching success across architecture, design, lifestyle or luxury publications.

  • A genuine interest in interiors and the creative industries.

  • Excellent time management, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to mentor junior colleagues.

  • Professionalism, warmth, and a strong sense of initiative.
