Occupational Therapist Opportunities – All Experience Levels

Join todayand make a real difference We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists across Melbourne — from enthusiastic new graduates to seasoned clinicians — to support clients across the lifespan, from paediatrics to older adults.

Roles available in clinic, community, or a mix of both.

About the Role

  • Choose your preferred caseload — work across the lifespan (Paediatrics, Adults, Geriatrics) or focus on non-clinical work.
  • Provide equipment prescription, home modifications, and more.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate tailored assessments and interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Deliver services in the community, clinic, or both.
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

What you'll need

  • SPA membership (unrestricted)
  • Current working rights
  • Current driver's licence (unrestricted)
