About the Role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, working two days a week. Reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, you will provide administrative and operational support for all learning, education, and compliance activities across MYVISTA.

This position plays a key role in coordinating training sessions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our workforce remains compliant with MYVISTA's standards and the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and adhere to MYVISTA's Purpose, Vision, Values and Code of Conduct in all interactions.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Maintain and update training matrices and compliance registers.
  • Upload completion records into the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Follow up on overdue or upcoming mandatory training.
  • Assist with training reminders, attendance records, and reports.
  • Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement in training systems.
  • Provide professional, customer-focused support to staff and managers.

To Be Considered

  • Experience in administration, compliance, or HR support (ideally in aged care or a similar setting).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • A professional and confidential approach to all work.
  • A genuine interest in supporting others to learn and develop.
  • Current National Police Clearance and Driver's License.
  • Full Australian working rights.
