About the Role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, working two days a week. Reporting to the Human Resources Advisor, you will provide administrative and operational support for all learning, education, and compliance activities across MYVISTA.
This position plays a key role in coordinating training sessions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our workforce remains compliant with MYVISTA's standards and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and adhere to MYVISTA's Purpose, Vision, Values and Code of Conduct in all interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Maintain and update training matrices and compliance registers.
- Upload completion records into the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Follow up on overdue or upcoming mandatory training.
- Assist with training reminders, attendance records, and reports.
- Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement in training systems.
- Provide professional, customer-focused support to staff and managers.
To Be Considered
- Experience in administration, compliance, or HR support (ideally in aged care or a similar setting).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- A professional and confidential approach to all work.
- A genuine interest in supporting others to learn and develop.
- Current National Police Clearance and Driver's License.
- Full Australian working rights.
