About The Role
As Head of Transformation Change Management, you'll lead the strategy, framework, and delivery of change across Vocus' most significant business, technology, and cultural transformation programs. This is a pivotal role, working closely with Integration & Transformation initiative owners and senior leaders to ensure change is effectively planned, communicated, and embedded across all divisions.

You'll head up a national team of change professionals—driving adoption, engagement, and capability uplift. The team includes a core group of specialists, supported by additional resources as program demand evolves. You'll collaborate with project teams, HR, and business leaders to make transformation stick and deliver lasting impact.

What You'll Be Responsible For In The Role,

  • Develop and execute the enterprise-wide change management strategy aligned with the company's transformation and people strategy. Lead a high-performing change management team to deliver best-practice methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Partner with senior executives, program leads, the Transformation team and business leaders to integrate change management into major transformation programs (e.g., digital transformation, TPG and Vocus integration, cultural change).
  • Design and implement stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans to support smooth adoption of change.
  • Measure and report on change readiness, adoption, and business outcomes to ensure sustained benefits.
  • Build organisational capability in change leadership and change agility through coaching, tools, and frameworks.
  • Maintain oversight of change impact across the organisation to manage interdependencies and minimise change fatigue.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation in change delivery.

What You'll Bring To The Role
As an experienced Transformation and Change Professional, you'll bring experience as influential change leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. Passionate about driving transformation that delivers measurable business and cultural outcomes, you bring resilience, adaptability, and the ability to turn ambiguity into opportunity.

Essential Criteria

  • 10+ years' experience leading large-scale organisational change, ideally within telecommunications, technology, or similarly complex industries.
  • Proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation programs and change portfolios.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and enterprise transformation governance.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience building high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field (postgraduate qualification desirable).

Desirable

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CMI, ACMP).
  • Experience working in hybrid project delivery environments.
  • Background in telecommunications or technology industries.
