We deliver world-class clinical training and high-quality health services across multiple disciplines including general practice, dentistry, optometry, audiology, speech pathology, and psychology, with OT and Physio due to commence in 2026. About the RoleYou'll be more than an HR leader — you'll be a change agent and culture builder.
Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will:
- Shape and deliver a progressive People & Culture strategy aligned with our vision and values.
- Champion a LEAN, innovative, and people-first culture, embedding agility and continuous improvement.
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, and leadership growth to build capability for the future.
- Partner with our university collaborators to strengthen the pipeline of skilled students and graduates.
- Inspire and empower our teams to achieve excellence in both care and learning.
