Century 21 Blacktown is seeking a dedicated, well-organised, passionate, and experienced Property Officer and/or Junior Property Manager to join our growing team. If you're ready to go the extra mile and take the next step in your property management career, we'd love to meet you

Role Overview:

  • Take the lead on managing maintenance requests—liaising with tenants, landlords, and trades to ensure timely, cost-effective resolutions and clear communication for all parties involved.
  • Conduct open homes twice per week—once during the week and once over the weekend.
  • Support future tenants with completing applications and addressing enquiries.
  • Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
  • Provide feedback to landlords after inspections and communicate property conditions.
  • Process tenant applications.
  • Offer excellent customer service and maintain strong landlord/tenant communication.
  • Support the Property Manager with the entire property portfolio.

Key Requirements:

  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or real estate licence
  • A reliable car and driver's licence (essential)
  • Experience in real estate is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Well-presented, professional, and ready to represent the brand.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays, with a mid-week day off.
  • A genuine interest in property management.
