Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records for each business, including income, expenses, invoices, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are up to date.
- Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for each business.
