About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-focused Member Engagement Manager. Reporting to the Director Membership and based in our Brisbane office, this role will retain and grow Ai Group member engagement by driving member awareness of and engagement with Ai Group products/services, including increased member uptake of commercial services.

Whilst the reality of each day will be different, you can expect to be accountable for:


• Building and maintaining strong relationships to drive member engagement and retention

• Partnering with the broader Commercial and Operations teams to connect opportunities for growth across Ai Groups full range of services

• Acting as a trusted advisor for members, anticipate their needs and created tailored solutions

• Providing regular feedback on behalf of members to inform policy and design of services

• Tailoring proposals based on Ai Group's policy submissions and services with a view of growing membership and other consulting opportunities

To best succeed in this role you will have;


• Proven account management experience overseeing a large diverse portfolio

• A keen interest in current business and political affairs (nationally and internationally)

• Advance written and verbal communications skills

• Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills

• Proven experience to think strategically and act tactically

• Mental agility and intellectual curiosity

• Experience with CRM's and other standard business systems.
