Growth Marketing Manager

We're looking for a creative growth marketer who can turn ideas into impact.

Hutly is a fast-moving PropTech company transforming how property transactions happen across Australia. We've just launched
BuddyBee
- our AI sidekick for real estate - and we're ready to scale fast.

This is a
newly created role
with a huge opportunity: to grow our newest product from the ground up, blending creativity, experimentation and strategy to drive revenue. You'll own campaigns that connect, content that converts and storytelling that sticks.

What you'll do

  • Design and execute creative, data-driven campaigns across digital channels (email, social, paid, content, partnerships).
  • Shape the BuddyBee story - crafting bold narratives that make people
    want
    to engage.
  • Experiment with new formats: video, storytelling, interactive content - whatever drives growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create acquisition and activation journeys that convert.
  • Measure, analyse, optimise - and repeat. You'll know what's working and make it work even harder.

About you

  • You're equal parts creative and analytical - a storyteller who loves data.
  • You think in campaigns, not just channels. You see the message
    and
    the metric.
  • You're endlessly curious, always exploring new tools, trends and creative angles.
  • You've got 4-6 years of hands-on growth or digital marketing experience in SaaS, tech or start-ups.
  • You're confident using tools like HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics - but know that the magic happens in the message.
