The Role:

We're looking for a mid-to-senior level marketing strategist to take full ownership of digital execution, retention marketing, and performance optimisation. This is a hands-on role: real execution, experimentation, and strategic thinking. You'll work closely with our General Manager and Founder to bring bold ideas to life and drive the next wave of growth. This role offers a genuine pathway to become our next Head of Marketing.

This role requires a minimum two days per week at our head office at Kunda Park, with the flexibility of working from home for the remainder of the week.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and evolve our Klaviyo and email/retention marketing strategy end-to-end including creative concepts, campaign strategy, flow optimisations and identifying opportunities for new automations and personalisation across Klaviyo and supported integrations.
  • Optimise existing e-commerce channels and drive experimentation across all touch-points including paid media, CRO, and email.
  • Collaborate with our external agencies and internal team on creative and technical execution
  • Deliver creative assets - achieving diversity and velocity requirements alongside our content coordinator
  • Oversee and report on new customer acquisition across key KPIs
  • Find opportunities in data, propose smart testing strategies, and implement them
  • Ensure the marketing function runs efficiently, creatively, and with accountability

You'll Thrive In This Role If You:

  • Have 6-7 years in digital marketing, with proven hands-on retention or performance marketing experience
  • Can demonstrate a strong track record in delivering financial growth in an e-commerce context, as well as your success and failures along the way.

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience with demonstrated expertise in running ecommerce marketing at scale

  • Are highly creative with a strong ability to execute across paid and email.
  • Have excellent copywriting skills and an ability to speak the language of fashion and deliver copy that is luxurious and compelling.
  • Are as strong on strategy as you are on tools - comfortable executing, optimising, and owning results
  • Love building on a solid foundation and making things better, faster, and more beautiful
  • Are creatively confident, commercially.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Have demonstrated proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation platforms
  • Have a minimum 4 years experience and proven results in e-commerce.
