We're looking for a customer centric
Assistant Property Manager
who is committed to delivering exceptional support to our Property and Facilities Managers. Our focus is on implementing customer-centric property services that enhance the financial and operational performance of our portfolio.
This position is a 6-month contract role.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Ensure lessee compliance with lease obligations and internal lease management protocols
  • Conduct regular asset inspections and provide actionable feedback
  • Prepare and manage tenancy documentation and disclosure statements
  • Support data collation for valuations, sales, and acquisitions
  • Manage tenant arrears, bank guarantees, and insurance compliance
  • Assist with annual audits and leasing activities
  • Collaborate with the Occupant Experience Team on engagement programs
  • Promote and implement company policies and procedures
  • Assist with monthly reporting and budget preparation
  • Manage tenant recharges, maintenance forms, and rent review letters
  • Reconcile accounts and administer repayment plans

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in a property environment
  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude and accountability
  • Preferable to have a degree in business or property
