BOOKKEEPER / PAYROLL OFFICER WANTED

Part-Time | Campus Brewing & Masonmill | Flexible Hours | Long-Term Role

We're a family-owned hospitality group with big plans and plenty of personality — home to Campus Brewing (multiple venues and breweries) and Masonmill, our 10-acre Perth Hills venue known for weddings, food, gardens, and good times.

Behind the scenes, good systems matter just as much as good beer and great venues — and that's where you come in.

We're looking for an experienced, steady, no-drama Bookkeeper & Payroll legend who knows their way around Xero and Tanda, enjoys clean numbers, and wants a reliable part-time role with businesses that are here for the long haul.


The Role

This is a hands-on, practical bookkeeping and payroll role — not a graduate position and not something we want to reinvent every month.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero (reconciliations, AP/AR, journals)
  • End-to-end payroll using Tanda
  • Managing leave balances, payroll queries, super, PAYG and payroll tax
  • Keeping accounts tidy, accurate, and audit-ready
  • Assisting with BAS and month-end reporting (with external accountants)
  • Supporting two hospitality businesses with varied rosters and award conditions

About You

You're likely someone experienced and mature, who's been around the block and knows how to keep things running smoothly without fuss.

Ideally, you:

  • Have solid, real-world experience in bookkeeping and payroll
  • Are confident using Xero and Tanda (this is essential)
  • Understand hospitality payrolls and complex rosters
  • Are organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Prefer a part-time role with flexibility and stability
  • Enjoy working independently but as part of a supportive team

Hospitality or multi-site experience is a big plus.
