Junior Bookkeeper / Administration assistant – Full Time – Perth WA

THE ROLE

Palisade Business Consulting, a boutique professional services firm based in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking a junior bookkeeper / administration assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity.

A strong work ethic, common sense and good communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.

On the job training will be provided by our qualified and experienced staff.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the role, you will be trained in:

· Use MYOB and Xero

· Coding of client financial data and transactions

· Processing client payroll requirements

· Preparation of BAS, IAS etc

• Preparation of creditor payments.
• Reconciliation of accounts to Trial Balance

· Filing and archiving of records

· Other administration tasks as required

ABOUT YOU

Whilst some experience would be desirable / advantageous, it is not essential.  What is essential is being the right person for the role.

To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for a person with:

• A strong client focus and ability to work in a team
• Common sense
• Introductory knowledge of MYOB and Xero (this would be useful, but is not essential as training will be provided).
