To continue our success, we are looking for a
Team Coordinator
to join our
WEEKEND DAY Shift
team.
This role will see you working alongside your Frontline Manager and team members to ensure smooth operation of our highly-automated manufacturing lines.It's best suited to somebody who has prior experience with people management, and who has a strong mechanical aptitude. You will spend the majority of your time on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that your team are supported. You will be somebody who can remain calm under pressure and who can think on their feet in a safe and responsible manner.
Details:
- Weekend Day Shift : 6:30am-6:30pm Saturday & Sunday
- Permanent Part Time : 24 Hours Weekly
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating daily operations of the manufacturing line
- Reviewing and reporting line performance
- Leading team meetings and performance processes
- Taking ownership of KPIs
- Completing relief, rostering and training of team members
- Data entry and administration
Qualifications
You Will Have
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, manage and co-ordinate a work group to achieve agreed goals and objectives
- The ability to plan and co-ordinate a number of simultaneous work activities
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills which foster the trust, co-operation and support of others
- Demonstrated experience in food manufacturing environment (not essential, but advantageous)
- Knowledge in basic equipment maintenance and advanced monitoring of process controls
