Sales & Payment Coordinator – Drink Coaster Orders (Phone-Based Role)

Location: Central Broadbeach, close to light rail

Employment Type: Casual minimum 30 hours per week

Salary: Hourly rate + commission based on experience


About Us

We're a fast-moving advertising and printing company specialising in one of many products custom drink coaster orders for businesses and events across Australia. We pride ourselves on high-quality products, great customer service, and fast turnaround times. You would be joining a fabulous and fun team. We're now looking for a confident, results-driven Sales & Payment Coordinator to join our team. If you've got the gift of the gab and know how to close a deal over the phone, we want to hear from you


The Role

In this role, you'll be speaking with customers who have already placed orders and ensuring their payments are processed promptly. You'll need to be persuasive, professional, and organised — making sure every customer finalises their payment today, not next week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Calling customers to confirm their drink coaster orders as wlel as asking their preferred venue
  • Processing deposits and payments over the phone securely
  • Encouraging prompt payment through clear and confident communication
  • Managing and recording payment details accurately
  • Following up on pending payments to ensure same-day completion
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive company image
