About the role

As a Motorbike Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of motorcycles, ensuring our customers' vehicles are well-serviced and running at their best. This full-time role is based in our Shepparton, Victoria workshop.

What you'll be doing

  • Inspect, diagnose and repair motorcycles of all makes and models
  • Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs to the highest standards
  • Test ride motorcycles to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Log all work completed in our customer management systems
  • Provide excellent customer service and advice to our clients
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of newly sold motorcycles
  • Keep the workshop clean, tidy and well-organised

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in Motorcycle Mechanics or Automotive Trades
  • Proven experience as a Motorbike Mechanic
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Sound knowledge of motorcycle systems, components and repair procedures
  • A valid driver's licence
