We seek an experienced individual to join our Aftersales team in Shepparton, VIC 3630. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to utilise your expertise in the automotive truck trades industry and contribute to the success of our reputable organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and managing client enquiries and bookings
  • Open, update, and close repair orders in the dealership system
  • Ensure all customer concerns are recorded adequately for technicians
  • Communicate with workshop staff about customer requirements
  • Ordering, storing, and supplying genuine parts and accessories
  • Managing stock levels and inventory systems
  • Liaising with technicians to ensure parts availability for repairs
  • Selling parts/accessories to retail customers

  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
