Job Description

Join our Strategic Advisory team and contribute to high-impact projects across market research, economic and demographic analysis, development advisory, portfolio review, and asset optimization. You'll play a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely consultancy reports, helping our clients make informed decisions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market, economic, and demographic research to support client strategies
  • Prepare high-quality consultancy reports, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
  • Assist senior staff with client presentations, project proposals, and submissions
  • Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong industry relationships with clients and internal experts
  • Continually update and improve internal databases for analysis and forecasting
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop new consultancy products and improve services
  • Ensure exceptional client service and proactively identify internal referral opportunities
  • Meet individual revenue targets and contribute to overall business success

Qualifications

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Property, Finance, Economics, or related fields)
  • Extensive knowledge in at least one property asset class (Retail, Industrial, Residential, Office, Data Centres, Life Sciences, etc.)
  • Experience in market research, economic analysis, development advisory, portfolio review, or asset optimization
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (GIS or Estate Master experience preferred)
  • Ability to interpret key property, economic, and demographic datasets
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
