As a senior manager in our business advisory team, you will work with leading organisations and private equity firms on complex transactions across various industries. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients navigate intricate deals and achieve their strategic objectives.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a senior manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and participating in SPA advisory engagements for acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors, funds, or strategic corporate clients.

  • Work closely with clients, their bankers, and legal advisers to deliver high-quality results
  • Perform tasks such as cash, debt, and working capital analysis, pricing schedule preparation, and financial reviews of the SPA and Completion Accounts
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics
  • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, CAANZ, or an international equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a professional services or chartered accounting environment, or in a financial performance and analysis or mergers & acquisitions role at a corporate organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly develop, build, and manage relationships with multiple clients and teams, both external and internal
