Farm Hand/ Tractor Operator

We are seeking Farm Hands and Tractor Drivers to support the harvesting of nursery trees at a farm site in Warburn, NSW. These physically demanding roles are ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment and can maintain a strong work ethic and attention to detail throughout the season.

What You'll Do:

Harvesting Role:

  • Follow a harvesting tractor while digging and collecting trees
  • Remove excess dirt from roots and bundle trees by size
  • Perform repetitive bending, lifting, and fast-paced walking to stay in sync with the tractor
  • Follow all safety procedures

Tractor Driver Role:

  • Operate overhead or side-row diggers to assist with harvesting
  • Adjust tractor speed to match ground crew pace
  • Clean, refuel, and report any equipment issues
  • Assist other teams when not operating machinery

Your Skills and Experience:
