We are an established business with over 13 years in operation and more than 25 years of industry knowledge. Based in Beverly Hills, we run a busy online sales store with a strong customer base, including corporate clients. Our focus is on providing quality service, smooth operations, and ensuring all orders are handled efficiently.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Front Counter & Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a junior role with full training provided. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assist with sales processing, manage online listings, and help with general admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers at the counter with a friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Process sales transactions using our computer system
- Assist with listing and managing stock for online sales
- Perform quality checks on items before listing
- Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements
- Must be an Australian resident
- Local applicants preferred – ideally someone who lives nearby and doesn't need to travel far
- Good English speaking skills (verbal and written)
- Friendly, approachable, and professional – able to greet customers with a smile
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work
- Confident using a computer and basic software (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow within the business

Pay: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
