About the Role

Palatial Pools is looking for a motivated and reliable Pool Service Technician to join our small, hands-on team. Whether you're experienced in the pool industry or just keen to learn something new, we'll support you with the tools and training to succeed. This role involves servicing and maintaining a wide range of residential pools across Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

While this role is listed as part-time, for the right candidate we are able to consider a full-time position with a negotiated salary based on experience and skill level.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Servicing pools regularly to keep them clean, balanced, and running smoothly
  • Testing and treating pool water using calibrated digital equipment
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and reporting faults or repair needs
  • Cleaning filters, brushing, skimming, and vacuuming pools
  • Offering friendly, expert advice to customers about their systems
  • Keeping clear records of services completed and chemicals used
  • Following all safety guidelines and ensuring clean, professional work
