Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum

Role: Full time

Location: Mandurah WA, 6210

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, direct, and control the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high standards of service and hospitality.

  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of staff to maintain smooth workflow, ensure high performance, and promote teamwork and a positive working environment.

  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability, including cost control in areas such as staffing, inventory, and procurement.

  • Oversee stock levels and ordering of food, beverages, equipment, and supplies, ensuring effective inventory control and supplier relationships.

  • Manage reservations, customer service standards, and complaint resolution to ensure a consistently high-quality dining experience.

  • Liaise with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen operations, including menu updates and quality control.

  • Promote and market the business through various channels to increase patronage and grow the customer base.

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members, including onboarding, rostering, performance evaluations, and addressing any performance issues.

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, food safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

  • Minimum Bachelor of Business or related field.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Available to work over the weekends, public holidays, and special days.

  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required.
