Full-time Restaurant Manager Required

YANG'S DUMPLING WA Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time restaurant manager to join our team.

Duties will include:

· Plan and design menu in consultation with chef;

· Manage staff roster;

· Recruit, train and supervise waiting and kitchen staff;

· Arrange special orders and functions for customers or organisations;

· Communicate with customers for satisfactory assessment and deal with customer complaints;

· Check dining facilities to ensure they are clean and functional and meet the health regulations;

· Check stock level regularly and arrange purchase;

· Manage and control price and budget;

· Supervise transactions and keep good financial record;

· Prepare a financial budget for purchasing and promotion activities;

· Supervise customer services and may take reservations

Salary: $77,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year

Skills and Experience:

· AQF Diploma or above Qualification, or at least one year of relevant work experience

· Good communication skills and hands-on attitude
