Salary Range:$70,000 to $80,000 per annum

Role:Full time

Location:Mandurah WA, 6210

Key responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct, and control the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high standards of service and hospitality.

Coordinate and supervise the activities of staff to maintain smooth workflow, ensure high performance, and promote teamwork and a positive working environment.

Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability, including cost control in areas such as staffing, inventory, and procurement.

Oversee stock levels and ordering of food, beverages, equipment, and supplies, ensuring effective inventory control and supplier relationships.

Manage reservations, customer service standards, and complaint resolution to ensure a consistently high-quality dining experience.

Liaise with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen operations, including menu updates and quality control.

Promote and market the business through various channels to increase patronage and grow the customer base.

Recruit, train, and develop staff members, including onboarding, rostering, performance evaluations, and addressing any performance issues.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, food safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

Minimum Bachelor of Business or related field.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Available to work over the weekends, public holidays, and special days.

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required.
