Job DescriptionAt AECOM, we are driving the global transition to clean, sustainable energy. As a leader in the development of wind farms, solar parks, and green infrastructure, we deliver innovative solutions that power communities and protect the planet. We're expanding our Civil Engineering team and are seeking passionate, experienced professionals to help shape the renewable landscape.
We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with a background in renewable energy infrastructure to join our growing team. You will be involved in the design, development, and delivery of civil engineering works across a portfolio of wind and solar projects across Australia and internationally.
Beyond renewables, you will have the opportunity to work on general civil engineering projects within Transport & Water Engineering, so your experience will show you are an all-rounder with the ability to adapt.
How you'll make a difference
- Providing technical design and leadership on multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering concept designs, detailed designs, and assessments across renewables infrastructure projects.
- Being proactive to deliver high-quality and timely technical outputs that meet client expectations
- Champion innovation and digital solutions to enhance client value and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineers and empower both your and their careers
The qualities that help you thrive
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.
- Civil Engineering Degree or appropriate equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
- Extensive experience within renewables infrastructure but also general civils.
- Strong Leadership with excellent interpersonal skills.
