Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in the Greater Sydney Area, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include creating and delivering sales presentations, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with the sales management team to develop effective training programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective Training programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
