About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Office/Building Administrator to support our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Construction Manager, assisting with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day coordination.

You'll become a key part of a collaborative and enthusiastic team, with the chance to contribute ideas and help improve how we deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Construction Manager with scheduling, reminders, and actioning tasks
  • Communicating with subcontractors for scheduling and documentation
  • Answering phones and responding to general enquiries
  • Filing, data entry, and maintaining office records
  • General office duties such as cleaning and tidying shared spaces
  • Providing administrative support across the wider team as needed

About You:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Confident communicator with a friendly phone manner
  • Previous office/administration experience highly regarded

  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines

  • Well-developed computer skills with On-Site Companion Systems experience an advantage

  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing as a key team member.
  • Driven and motivated to succeed and to be part of the bigger picture
  • Demonstrated commitment and stability in previous roles
