Ready for a Career Change? Become a Trainee Deck Builder

This position is your pathway to becoming a skilled deck builder capable of leading your own team and earning $$$. You'll gain invaluable, on-the-job experience under the guidance of a qualified carpenter, learning everything from site preparation, framing, laying of decking, balustrades, stairs, door installation and more.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with site preparation and material handling.
  • Help set out the deck structure according to plans and scope of works
  • Develop expertise with tools, techniques, and building processes

What You Will Receive:

  • Full time position, Monday to Friday. (Weekends are for the family)
  • Wages paid weekly, plus super, holidays etc
  • Fuel card (After 3 months employment)
