Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cellar Door Manager
 to lead our cellar door team and deliver an unforgettable guest experience at our award-winning winery.

As Cellar Door Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating the cellar door team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Showcasing our wines through engaging tastings, tours, and events.
  • Driving sales, memberships, and brand loyalty.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including rostering, stock management, and compliance.
  • Developing and delivering premium wine experiences aligned with our brand story and heritage.

About you:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in cellar door, hospitality, or tourism management
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, customer-first approach
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and sales skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods
  • A keen interest and passion in wine. WSET level 2 is highly desirable but not essential
  • Provide and maintain effective communication with all departments around the estate
  • Thrive in working within an established team
