We are looking for individuals who:
- Experience in MIG welding and steel fabrication is essential
- Production welding of steel product
- The ability to read drawings and welding procedures is desirable but not essential
- Deliver high quality workmanship and have exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrate safe working habits
- Work unsupervised
- Show initiative and a proactive attitude to identify a mistake before it occurs
- Hard working and prepared/willing to work overtime to meet current demand
- Reliable and understanding of deadlines
- Have the physical ability and agility to complete manual work
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions, show initiative and problem-solve
- Follow company procedures and policies
