Job Description
We are loking for a Change Management Lead to govern and optimize the integrated change management process across multiple service towers and suppliers. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational stability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement through structured ITIL-based change practices. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ITSM, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and govern the end-to-end change management process across all service domains and vendors.
- Ensure strict adherence to standardized change policies, procedures, and SLAs.
- Chair regular Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB (ECAB) meetings.
- Facilitate decision-making for high-impact or emergency changes, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Review and assess high-risk, complex, or cross-supplier changes for readiness, impact, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate change plans and rollback strategies.
- Track and analyze change success rates, trends, and compliance metrics across suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and service enhancement.
Job Description - Grade Specific
- Proven experience as an ITSM Concultant or Change Manager, with a strong track record in leading change initiatives across government, utilities, and healthcare sectors.
- Deep understanding of ITIL-based frameworks, with the ability to align change processes to strategic business goals.
- Skilled in facilitating cross-functional collaboration, driving operational efficiency, and implementing sustainable improvements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
Certifications:
- ITILv3 (or ITIL4 preferred)
- Prince2
- Security Clearance: NV1 (mandatory)
