This growth focused member-based bank is currently undergoing a significant transformation making it an exciting time to join with an impetus to drive change, you can really have an impact on the sustainabke success of the bank.

We are currently seeking a Head of Compliance focused on regulatory change and AML/CTF. With accountability for compliance across the bank you will play a critical role, leading a small team and working closely with BU Executives and Leaders to embed compliance across the 3 lines of defence whilst being accountable for AML/CTF.

A seasoned Compliance professional, you will have a proven ability to manage influence and partner across the business to deliver on compliance and regulatory requirements for the bank. A commercial oriented problem solver you'll have experience of process improvement and a track record in regulatory change in the financial services sector.
