About the Role

We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
for a 12-month contract, responsible for driving new partnerships through high-volume outbound sales and strategic engagement with senior decision makers. This role is not about managing a full end-to-end sales cycle — instead, the focus is on
opening doors, creating opportunities, and establishing long-term strategic partnerships
.

You'll be engaging with organisations across industries where compliance, operational management, and workforce challenges are front of mind. Using a consultative, problem-solving approach, you will identify opportunities and co-design partnership models that deliver scalable and low-risk solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with the energy and persistence of an
SDR/BDR at scale
, combined with the ability to think strategically and influence at
C-suite level
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
    : Build, manage and execute a targeted outbound list to senior executives (CEOs, Directors, COOs).
  • Strategic Conversations
    : Open doors with decision makers and tailor discussions to each organisation's specific challenges.
  • Consultative Selling
    : Present partnership solutions that are compliant, scalable and commercially compelling.
  • Partnership Development
    : Work with prospects to co-create commercial models that deliver measurable growth.
  • Market Insights
    : Provide structured feedback from the market to refine strategy, messaging and targeting.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Number of senior-level conversations secured weekly.
  • Volume of qualified leads and partnership opportunities generated monthly.
  • Signed partnership agreements achieved quarterly.
  • Growth in services or revenue via new partnerships.
  • Accuracy and quality of CRM data.

About You

  • Proven success in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Strong enterprise-level selling capability — comfortable engaging with CEOs and Boards.
  • Skilled at selling
    concepts and solutions
    , not just products.
  • Strategic thinker with resilience to navigate complex decision-making structures.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and motivated by clear outcomes.
