Role Description

This is a full-time Property Manager role located on-site in Melbourne, VIC. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties, including tenant management and coordination. Responsibilities will include handling leases, addressing tenant inquiries, ensuring property maintenance, and managing budgets. Additionally, the Property Manager will be required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and resolve issues proactively to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in property management tasks such as lease coordination, tenant communication, and property maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and financial management skills for budgeting, reporting, and operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)..
  • Customer service and problem-solving abilities to handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in property management or real estate are beneficial.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Victoria is an advantage.
